Terms and Conditions

  • Check-in time after 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out time before 11:00 AM.
  • Resort fee is $19.49 per room, per night plus 13.5% hotel occupancy and state tax.
  • Rates do not include 13.5% occupancy & state tax.
  • Rates subject to change.
  • Rates are based on 1-2 people staying in the same room.
  • $5.00 extra person charge for third and fourth person.
  • Children 12 years of age and under stay free with an accompanied adult in the same room.

  • Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
  • Credit cards will be charged a one-night deposit 24 hours prior to arrival.  The remainder of the stay will be authorized upon checking in to the hotel.  For stays 1 – 6 nights, 1 night room/tax charge.  For stays 7 plus nights a 2-night room/tax charge.
  • Reservations with invalid credit cards will be canceled.
  • Early Departure Fees: One night charge on the credit card, the remaining nights released with no penalty.  Guests must depart by 11:00 AM on early departure date.
  • Full housekeeping service is performed every 3rd day of your stay, all other days a refresh service is performed (make beds, replenish towels & amenities, and remove trash).  Full service is also available upon request.
  • No pets allowed, except for a service animal.  Service animals are defined as a dog or miniature horse trained to do work or perform tasks, and to assist an individual with a disability.  Service animals should remain on a leash or harness, and under the control of the owner at all times.
  • This hotel is 100% non-smoking. A $250.00 per occurrence smoking fee will be added if guest smokes in room.
  • Cleaning, smoking and damage fees are $250.00 per occurrence.
  • Guests must be over the age of 21 to make a reservations and occupy a room with no adult with them.
  • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of any reservation. Otherwise a one-day room charge will apply.
  • No shows are subject to the first night's rate plus taxes and resort fees.
  • No show on advance purchase/nonrefundable reservations are subject to the full amount agreed on the reservation.
  • Late Checkout-Available (if available) - One hour grace period no charge until Noon, then $10.00 an hour up to 3:00 PM.  After 3:00 PM a full day charge will be applicable.  Check with front desk for availability.
  • Early Check-In is no charge, based on availability as early as 7:00 AM
  • Cribs are available, subject to availability.
  • Free self-parking, subject to availability.
